Ethically mined in the Sierra Do Cabral mountains of Brazil

64mm ~ 2 1/2" ~ 17 grams

This crystal has a few dings as seen in the pictures, and despite a little damage at the tip, the Dow formation is fairly easy to see. A beautiful example of the classic Lemurian quartz.

The Dows 7-3-7-3-7-3 face side geometry is the only full symmetry in quartz and produces an exceptional frequency.

"Dows combine the qualities of the transmitter and channelling crystal. It also provides for a continuous connective force between the holder of the crystal and "All That Is". It is the crystal for creativity and service to humanity through spiritual and mystical pursuits. It allows access to the records relating to each question or thought and, even without focusing, provides intuitive awareness in all situations". Melody, Love is in the Earth.

“Laser wands often have unique etching and or/markings upon them. They were once used in the healing temples of Lemuria, the markings indicating the records of experiences “they have seen”. It can be used to clear an area of negativity, to create protective barriers and to beam healing energy to oneself or another. Melody, Love is in the Earth.

Lemurian crystals possess a distinct energy and are used in all types of healing, meditation, intuitive and energy work. Genuine Lemurians from the Sierra Do Cabral are becoming increasingly rare.

Lemurian Quartz is often referred to as 'Lemurian seed crystals' because the ancient Lemurian civilisation is said to have "seeded” them with knowledge. Most unusually, they were found 'planted' in sand in neat 'seedbed rows' in Sierra de Cabral mountain, Brazil.

"The Lemurian civilisation is believed to have predated the Atlantean. Lemurian Seed crystals provide a powerful connection to this civilisation as they are said to have ‘codes’ within them which, when the time is right, can be read to access the wisdom of that time." Judy Hall.

Kacha Stones is the original ethically mined crystal shop, trading since 1996. Ethical sourcing is important not only for the environment and mining communities, but also for preserving the crystal's energy. Blasting a hole in the earth and collecting the remains does not produce the most energetic crystals.

Nearly all crystal shops now say their crystals are 'ethically mined', but you only know where it was mined if you buy from the miners. For 30 years, we have worked directly with miners from the icy slopes of the Himalayas to the arid deserts of Namibia.
