Delivery Information

While we make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and sent as soon as possible, orders after midday on Saturday might not be dispatched until the following Monday. We ask that you allow the specified number of working days for your order to arrive. Contact us if your order is outside of its estimated delivery time. The next day delivery option only applies to orders that were placed before midday, any items ordered after that time will be sent the next working day.

We're always working on improving our environmental impact following the principles 'reduce, re-use, recycle'. Almost all of our postage and packaging materials are, and can be, recycled. We carefully consider all of our packaging to ensure that it's the best for our products while minimising its impact upon the environment. We know we're not perfect but the more we do, the better we get. NO first use plastics.
