Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Right to Cancel
If you have purchased a subscription or recurring purchase option from Kacha Stones, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). The cancellation period begins on the day after your first order is placed.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to:

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription within the cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you for that subscription. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Digital content
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
