A small ethically mined Lithium crystal with a gentle pink hue, set in a hammered sterling silver cap. Of the numerous stones used for crystal healing, many of the most effective and popular contain lithium, a light alkali metal.
Lithium Quartz is calming and uplifting. It is an excellent general tonic for the chakras, especially the heart. The brain naturally produces lithium when we appreciate a beautiful sunset!
