"Enhydros contain a life-sustaining energy, initiating adaptability in situations that could otherwise become stressful. Strength to help other minerals perform in the requisite manner." Melody, Love is in the Earth.

"Brandberg Amethyst is a stunning and unique variety of Quartz crystal found only in Namibia, Africa - a mystic blend of Amethyst, Clear and Smoky Quartz together in one exceedingly high-vibrational crystal. Formed where powerful Earth meridians cross, this mineral is imbued with remarkable phantoms, enhydros, and other rare formations and inclusions. Brandberg Amethyst attunes to pure consciousness and is the most versatile and multi-dimensional healing tool on the planet, unparalleled in its beauty, energy and light.” Judy Hall.

The Brandberg Mountains in Namibia are 132-135 million years old! These mountains have always been sacred and famed for ancient rock paintings and engravings. The indigenous Damara people named the mountain Dâures "Burning Mountain" because of its unearthly orange glow at sunset. The Herero people named Brandberg, Omukuruvaro, "Mountain of the Gods". These sacred mountains have given us the most beautiful, high-frequency healing crystals ever seen.

Since 1996, Kacha Stones has specialised in ethically mined crystals. Ethical sourcing is important for the environment and mining communities and for keeping the crystal's energy intact. Blasting a hole in the earth and collecting the rubble does not produce the best crystals.

Most crystal shops use the "ethically mined" prefix, which is only possible by buying directly from miners. For 30 years, we have worked directly with miners from the icy slopes of the Himalayas to the arid deserts of Namibia.
