Ethically hand-mined Brandberg Quartz

100 x 45 x 45mm ~ 4" ~ 218 grams

This size Brandberg is quite rare. A small moving bubble (marked with an arrow as it's not easy to find), rich amethyst phantoms and an exceptional example of the vibrant energy Brandberg Quartz is famous for.

"Brandberg Amethyst is a stunning and unique variety of Quartz crystal found only in Namibia, Africa - a mystic blend of Amethyst, Clear and Smoky Quartz together in one exceedingly high-vibrational crystal. Brandberg Amethyst attunes to pure consciousness and is the most versatile and multi-dimensional healing tool on the planet, unparalleled in its beauty, energy and light.” Judy Hall.

"The phantom symbolises universal awareness. It is one of the Earth Stones to be used for the redemption and cleansing of the Earth. The phantom is an excellent tool for meditation and for assisting one in connecting with the higher realms of knowledge. It can also be used to access the records of one’s progression through past lives.” Melody, Love is in the Earth.

The Brandberg Mountains are Namibia's highest range, with quartz lattices 132-135 million years old! These mountains have always been held sacred and are famed for ancient rock paintings and engravings. The Herero people named Brandberg Omukuruvaro, "Mountain of the Gods."

Kacha Stones is the original ethically mined crystal shop, trading since 1996. Ethical sourcing is important not only for the environment and mining communities, but also for keeping the crystal's energy intact. Blasting a hole in the earth and collecting the remains does not produce the best crystals.

Nearly all crystal shops now claim their crystals are 'ethically mined', but you only know where and how it was mined if you buy from the miners. For 30 years, we have worked directly with miners from the icy slopes of the Himalayas to the arid deserts of Namibia.
Most crystal shops use the "ethically mined" prefix, which is only possible by buying directly from miners. For 30 years, we have worked directly with miners from the icy slopes of the Himalayas to the arid deserts of Namibia.
