Pink tourmaline comes in various shades of pink, ranging from pale pink to intense, vibrant pink. The colour is determined by the presence of manganese and sometimes lithium within the crystal structure.

Pink tourmaline is associated with love, compassion, and emotional healing. It is believed to promote kindness, understanding, and self-acceptance. Some consider it a stone of emotional balance and protection against negativity.
