Ethically hand-mined Brandberg Quartz
80 x 53mm ~ 3 1/4" ~ 216 grams
This larger Brandberg has two moving bubbles. The first one in the video is easily seen (more so in person than with my limited video skills), and the larger one is around 7mm and has excellent movement.
If the thing you are looking for above all else is an enhydro, bubble quartz, they don't get much better than this. There is also a rare Black Phantom.
"Black Phantom Quartz Crystals are very unusual. They provide the energy of the quartz, coupled with the property of grounding; this grounding is via the perfect alignment of the physical energy centres, which occurs with the use of this mineral. Hence, with a black phantom crystal, one does not require an additional stone for grounding." Melody, Love is in the Earth.
"Enhydros contain a life-sustaining energy, initiating adaptability in situations that could otherwise become stressful. Strength to help other minerals perform in the requisite manner." Melody, Love is in the Earth.
"Brandberg Amethyst is a stunning and unique variety of Quartz crystal found only in Namibia, Africa - a mystic blend of Amethyst, Clear and Smoky Quartz together in one exceedingly high-vibrational crystal. Formed where powerful Earth meridians cross, this mineral is imbued with remarkable phantoms, enhydros, and other rare formations and inclusions. Brandberg Amethyst attunes to pure consciousness and is the most versatile and multi-dimensional healing tool on the planet, unparalleled in its beauty, energy and light.” Judy Hall.
Since 1996, Kacha Stones has specialised in ethically mined crystals. Ethical sourcing is important for the environment and mining communities and for keeping the crystal's energy intact. Blasting a hole in the earth and collecting the rubble does not produce the best crystals.
Most crystal shops use the "ethically mined" prefix, which is only possible by buying directly from miners. For 30 years, we have worked directly with miners from the icy slopes of the Himalayas to the arid deserts of Namibia.
