Ethically hand-mined Brandberg Quartz

45mm ~ 1 3/3" ~ 8 grams

A Generator formation is one of the least common and most misnamed. It is where all 6 faces meet at a single point at the apex; it's far rarer than most imagine, especially in Brandberg quartz. There is one exception to this rarity, Tibetan quartz, which prefers to grow as Generators.

This Brandberg DT is unique in that both tips are perfect natural Generators. Over the last 25 years, I have examined thousands of Brandbergs, and this is the only double Generator I have ever seen. If you think I'm exaggerating, please try to find a Brandberg DT where both ends are natural Generators.

The small, golden cluster is Calcite, an energy amplifier. Perfect for a Generator.

"Calcite amplifies energy and clears and activates all of the body's energy centres". Melody, Love is in the Earth.

"Generators [all face sides converge to a single point] are 'THE' quartz crystal for energy generation and for stimulating all portions of the physical, intellectual, emotional and subtle bodies - they are truly powerful tools for the metaphysician." Melody, Love is in the Earth.

"Generators have been used to cleanse the chakras, and to supplant any voids and/or negative energies which are contained, with positive radiant white light." Melody, Love is in the Earth.

"Generator quartz six faces meeting equally in a sharp point generate energy and focus healing energy. It is used to generate energy in the gross or any or all of the subtle bodies, depending on the consciousness and intention of the user." Judy Hall, The Encyclopedia of Crystals.

"Brandberg Amethyst attunes to pure consciousness and is the most versatile and multi-dimensional healing tool on the planet, unparalleled in its beauty, energy and light.” Judy Hall.

Kacha Stones is the original ethically mined crystal shop, trading since 1996. Ethical sourcing is important not only for the environment and mining communities but also for the crystal's energy.

Most crystal shops now use 'ethically mined', but this is only possible by buying directly from miners. We have spent nearly 30 years cultivating relationships with miners from the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas to the deserts of Namibia.
